At these prices? you cant beat or match frank’s mastic gum capsules with anything else on amazon

I use this stuff for when im on the go or at a restaurant. At home i use the mastic gum with a herb grinder and take it like that. But, there are days when im either too lazy to grind up my own mastic gum or im eating at a restaurant and than i’ll take these instead. A1 Quality 👍

capsules seem to be better

I have tried both the mastic gum grinded up into powder and now the capsules. Even in normal dosages, taking the grinded up powder would mess up my digestion. The mastic gum capsules don't. I haven't had probiotics in 4 months, which could be why I might not be able to tolerate straight up mastic powder without it causing loose stool or impairing digestion.
