    I like adding a bit of flexstrose to my water along with a regular dose of LEMONLYTE. I also use this to sweeten some meals like my morning oatmeal or pancakes as this does not disrupt my belly as other sweeteners do

    Perfect glucose powder for shakes

    Been using Frankies raw milk, the flextrose, raw egg yolks and a whey powder to make a kick ass vanilla ice cream shake. Love glucose as fructose does not work with my gut.
