I can't believe that I needed this.

I took this with the multivitamin and I felt amazing. Like both products were synergistically helping one another. I keep getting white marks on my nails and I take this as a sign that my body is low in calcium despite coming from a standard American diet that is toxic levels of calcium especially from milk. I did some research and if you're vit d is low then your body's ability to absorb calcium is also low. This product has a great price and minimal ingredients. My only issue would be that these powders are from China and not from whole food sources. Other than that, fantastic job Franky boy!
