Very good and very active probiotic

At first, i started taking these probiotic pills but then i figured that you could use these very capsules for making yogurt. It makes good yogurt so that means it's very active even if it's been frozen and thawed.

I’ve not had a better probiotic…

I discovered this site about two months ago and decided to try this probiotic. It’s by far the best I’ve ever used.
