Much better than most other zinc products.

My homeopathic doctor recommended to me that men need zinc, a lot more than women do. I didn't know where to start so I bought a cheap product at my local vitamin shop just start with something. Sundown essential zinc 50mg. The price was good but I don't think the product is very good. It only has zinc gluconate which is not a very good source of zinc and the daily value is too high at 455% more than 4 days worth and the caplets taste awful if not swallowed quickly. It also has other weird ingredients such as Vegetable cellulose, dicalcium phosphate and contains <2% of: silica, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid. All stuff that I don't want in my products. I then tried Franky boy's zinc product and I love the minimal ingredients and properly dosed mg. I also love that it has more types of more bioavailable zinc and a gelatin capsule (my favorite type of capsule for taking supplements) I even felt comfortable taking more capsules because they are dosed so low. Definitely will buy again and looking to try the multi mineral.

Best Zinc you can buy

Honestly this is some of the best zinc you can buy. Ive been taking zinc for a few months now and Franks just set a new bar for me. Haven't ordered anything but this Zinc for a few months now and couldn't be more impressed. Contains all the good zincs too, in a normal dosage.

good zinc supplement

I notice taking zinc has improved my overall function alongside magnesium and molybdenum to address higher blood copper imbalance and excess vitamin A from accutane usage. although it could take of several months or even upwards of a few years to fix a long term zinc deficiency. Considering many of us coming from severe vitamin or mineral imbalance/deficiencies as well as a lack of animal protein growing up and soil depletion
