Frankie is starting to disappointment me

I love his products but his shipping support is horrible they dont contact you back about your order. I asked for a address change no reply. It also took 2-3 weeks to finally get it shipped. I dont know whats going on but im trying my best to continue to support but if this keeps happening i may have to move on.
