Potent so watch your dose

Adrenals are VERY POTENT!
I used to eat raw adrenals and they gave me a stomach ache for hours.
I would recommend starting with 1/5th of the spoon it comes with as these can do the same thing to most people.

Upsets your stomach

I would avoid taking this because it really does upset your stomach. Can’t keep it down. I’ve tried about four times now and every time it comes back up not really sure what’s going on.

Too potent for me?

I’ve also taken this 3 times. All after meals and every time I get pretty in tense stomach discomfort/nausea/near throwing up for about 20 min. My wife takes it no problem. I’m sticking with the full spectrum blend as it’s never given me issues on an empty stomach or w/ with food. Not sure what the issue is although I can imagine the adrenals are extremely potent compared to larger organs?
