I've post a review previously about how wonderful the thyroid support is. I've been ordering it for several years now and haven't had any issues until now. My last order was in January. I always order enough to get through several months without being in a bind. I opened the box when it arrived in January and found that the packaging had changed from sealed mylar bags to unsealed glass bottles. No tamper resistant plastic around the bottle caps and no sealed foil or paper across the bottle mouths. A few of the bottle caps were cracked. I emailed customer service and never got a response. I sat down a couple days ago to capsule this latest batch and found that the "powder" is completely different from the product I've received in the last years. Instead of a fine, light brown powder that smells and tastes similar to liver, I was looking at granules that ranged in color from translucent cream to opaque black. It smelled and tasted like ground pork rinds with foreign material mixed in. It's also oily. The foreign material is possibly bone fragments or cartilage maybe. Some it looks like rock salt or plastic. A lot of it looks like sharp sand that you find on the inside bend of a river. I emailed customer service with pictures of the last batch and this current batch and as usual, no response. I don't feel safe taking this new product and you shouldn't either. Not to mention there's no product weight on the label and no batch codes to trace the batch back to the source in case of an event just like this. I'm trying CurEase instead. It looks, smells, and tastes just like it should, is way cheaper, and is in SEALED mylar bags.
