I'm not entirely sure if I'm receiving the overall benefit that I'm supposed to be since I have an existing gut issue, but it certainly produces results! This is about as close to a male vitality supplement as I've ever intentionally consumed. So that's something. Not a bad taste at all. Someone else described it as earthy/umami and I'd agree. One scoop followed by a few sips of water and you're good. Thanks, Frank!

I enjoyed using this product as part of my break fast meals. It has an earthy and umami taste. I used it in a shake with grass fed whey protein and raw honey or maple syrup to milden the earthy taste. The powder catalysed energy production, an uplift in my mood and relaxation in my body.
