Very effective and convenient on the go.
Alongside, the price isn't anywhere else compared for this high quality product. As soon as you will have yours, make sure to keep it in a fridge for its effectiveness.
I use this instead of kefir. Very nice.

Very good and very active probiotic

At first, i started taking these probiotic pills but then i figured that you could use these very capsules for making yogurt. It makes good yogurt so that means it's very active even if it's been frozen and thawed.
